Stanley P. Oliver Stanley P. Oliver, 89, of Charles Town, WV passed away Thursday, May 8, 2025 at his residence under the care of Hospice of the Panhandle.

  Stanley was born July 7, 1935 in Williamsburg, VA. He was the son of the late Walter A. Staley and Frances Oliver Staley.

Friends will be received 10 a.m. Friday, May 16, 2025 with Services to follow at 11 a.m. Covenant Baptist Church, Shepherdstown, WV.

  Interment will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens, Kearneysville, WV.

  Arrangements are by the Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home, Ranson, WV.
